The main event of the show featured the first-ever match between Braun Strowman and the current Universal Champion The Fiend Bray Wyatt in a steel cage match.
Wyatt got the win after escaping from the steel cage and retaining his title. The match was not broadcast, which meant that the next segment, featuring a top faction did not air as well.

Following his defeat to The Fiend at Starrcade, Strowman was confronted by The O.C. - the faction of AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. They made their way to the ring, to possibly give him a beat down, but they were attacked by Strowman, to give the fans a warm goodbye at the show.
This segment featuring The OC and Strowman could possibly lead to a feud between Styles and Strowman sometime in the future as they are on different brands at the moment.
