Now, Top Gear (the good version) ran a little segment on the fictional ride, describing the features and functionality of the Halo franchise’s most iconic combat vehicle.
The brief video clocks in at just over a minute and a half, featuring nothing but in-game footage of Forza 4’s Autovista mode, showcasing all angles of the Warthog and a few of its color options. It’s narrated by none other than Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson who clearly, doesn’t play video games.

Even though the Warthog is sadly not playable in-game, nor will any Porche vehicles - coincidentally mentioned in this video - Forza Motorsport 4 features a large array of vehicles and some of the best graphics we’ve ever seen. It wasn’t a difficult decision to pick Forza 4 as the best sports/racing title for our Game Rant E3 2011 Awards.
Outside of the Halo-Forza crossover, there wasn’t much news on the Halo 4 front, with focus clearly placed on Forza 4, Gears of War 3 and Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, which all debut over the next three months. We did learn that Halo 4 will be the starting point to launch The Reclaimer Trilogy and received some cool Halo 4 concept art along with it. So for now, read up on the new direction for Master Chief and how he will again become the poster boy of the franchise going forward.
Forza Motorsport 4 releases October 11, 2011 exclusively for the Xbox 360.
